Product Description:

Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical and food industries. It is highly suitable for heat-sensitive substances such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormones, and other biological tissues.

Main Features:

● Utilizes internationally branded Secop compressor refrigeration, with a condensation temperature reaching -60℃

● Pre-set cold trap temperature; vacuum pump starts only when temperature is below the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump

● Proprietary software operating system

● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, real-time recording and display of cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature, and vacuum level

● Data export via USB, optional PC software control, supports computer browsing and printing

● Can store 36 user programs, each program can control up to 40 temperature control segments, and records freeze-drying curves

● Shelves use silicone rubber electric heating plates, pre-set shelf heating curves, automating the sublimation process during experiments

● Shelves have refrigeration function, eliminating the need for a low-temperature freezer to pre-freeze samples; automatically enters drying program after pre-freezing

● Equipped with a gas filling valve for dry nitrogen or inert gas filling

● Records single operation time and total machine operation time

● Optional external drying rack for connecting eggplant-shaped or wide-mouth drying bottles

● Optional electric heating defrosting or hot gas defrosting function for the cold trap
