Drop Pill Disintegration Tester is a pharmaceutical testing instrument designed to detect the disintegration time limit of tablets, capsules, pills, and orally disintegrating agents in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It features three sets of baskets (two standard disintegration baskets and one specialized orally disintegrating basket), which operate independently and can be controlled separately.

II. Main Features:

1. Adopts a 2+1 design approach, simultaneously meeting the disintegration requirements for orally disintegrating agents as specified in the 2020 Pharmacopoeia.

2. Electronic temperature sensors display and monitor the temperature at various points in the water bath tank and beakers. High-precision digital electronic sensors ensure high accuracy and precision of water bath temperature without the need for calibration.

3. The instrument automatically controls the water bath temperature at 37.0°C and allows bidirectional resetting of the preset temperature at any time.

4. The instrument automatically sets the basket lifting time to 15 minutes, but the time can be reset bidirectionally as desired.

5. Utilizes single-chip microcomputer-based computer control technology for intelligent management of water bath temperature and working time.

6. Temperature and time are displayed using an LCD module.

7. The instrument includes an overheating alarm for monitoring water bath temperature and an automatic protection function.
