Product Description:

Vacuum freeze-drying technology, also known as lyophilization or sublimation drying, is widely used in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical and food industries. It is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive substances such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormones, and other biological tissues.

Main Features:

● Utilizes internationally branded Secop compressor refrigeration, with a condenser temperature reaching -60°C

● Pre-set condenser temperature; vacuum pump starts only when temperature is below the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump

● Proprietary software operating system

● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, displaying real-time condenser temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature, and vacuum level

● Data export via USB; optional PC software for control, supporting computer browsing and printing

● Stores up to 36 user programs, each capable of controlling up to 40 temperature control segments, and records freeze-drying curves

● Shelves equipped with silicone rubber electric heating plates; pre-set shelf heating curves for automated sublimation during experiments

● Shelves feature refrigeration function, eliminating the need for pre-freezing samples in a low-temperature freezer; automatically transitions to drying program after pre-freezing

● Equipped with a gas-filling valve for dry nitrogen or inert gas

● Records single operation time and total machine operation duration

● Optional external drying rack for connecting eggplant-shaped or wide-mouth drying bottles

● Optional electric heating or hot gas defrosting for the condenser
