● Polyimide film sintering wire is produced by wrapping it around copper or aluminum conductors, followed by sintering, which bonds the film layers together and fuses the film with the conductor to form an integrated winding wire.

Copper wire: Suitable for windings in traction motors, oil-submersible motors, submersible motors, motors used in salt farms, hoisting motors, as well as high-voltage motor appliances. Its characteristics include high temperature resistance, extreme cold resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, and resistance to organic solvents.

Aluminum wire: Suitable for various motor windings operating under high voltage, high power, or in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

Main application areas:

· Variable frequency drive motors: Such as high-speed rail traction motors, electric vehicle drive motors, and large industrial variable frequency motors. This is its primary application area, used to resist corona erosion caused by high-frequency pulse voltages generated by inverters.

· Aerospace and military: Aircraft generators, starters, special servo motors, etc., requiring lightweight, high power, and tolerance to extreme temperatures.

· High-temperature environment motors: Such as submersible oil pumps, mining machinery, and metallurgical equipment.

· New energy sector: Pitch/yaw motors for wind turbines, and supporting motors for solar power generation systems.
