Overview

The Annubar flow meter (also known as the flute-shaped averaging pitot tube flow meter) is a new type of differential pressure flow detection element developed based on the Pitot tube velocity measurement principle. It outputs a differential pressure signal and, when used in conjunction with instruments that measure differential pressure, can accurately measure the flow of various liquids, gases, and steam (superheated steam and saturated steam) in circular and rectangular pipelines. With advantages such as high accuracy, low pressure loss, and easy installation, it is gradually replacing orifice plates and other detection elements. It is widely used in industries including power (including nuclear), chemical, petroleum, and metal smelting.

Performance Features

High accuracy and good stability, with long-term accuracy of ±1% and stability of ±0.1%;

Lightweight, easy to install and remove; ANB-35 and 45 models can be installed and maintained without stopping production;

Beneficial for pipeline layout, as the Annubar flow meter requires only 2 times the straight pipe length before and after installation;

Low pressure loss and minimal energy consumption, with the permanent pressure loss of the Annubar accounting for only 2~15% of the differential pressure.
