I. Design Purpose
The KEHGQ-D Type Comprehensive Transformer Characteristic Tester is designed for automatic testing of protective and metering CTs/PTs, suitable for both laboratory and on-site testing.

V. Operating Conditions Requirements
1. Input voltage AC220V±10%, rated frequency 50Hz;
2. The tester should be powered by a power outlet with protective grounding. If there is an issue with the protective ground connection or if the power supply lacks an isolated connection to ground, the tester can still be used, but safety is not guaranteed;
3. The parameters correspond to an ambient temperature of 23℃±5℃.
