▲ The material of grain storage ventilation panels is generally made of 1.5mm or 2mm cold-rolled high-quality steel plates. The surface of the panels is specially treated with color galvanization or white zinc plating, providing oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
▲ The holes in the panels come in four types: obround holes, round holes, fish-scale holes, and bridge-type double-sided holes. The open area ratio of obround holes is over 30%, round holes over 30%, fish-scale holes over 28%, and bridge-type double-sided holes over 35%. To balance air volume, the open area ratio of the panels can be set to 25% (front section), 30% (middle section), and 35% (rear section).
