1. It is prohibited to weld pipe flanges online with the flow meter installed. The flow meter must be removed before welding.

2. Before installing the flow meter, debris, welding slag, and dust inside the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly.

3. To facilitate maintenance without affecting normal flow transmission.

4. A filter must be installed to prevent impurities from entering the flow meter.

5. The flow meter should be installed horizontally. It is recommended to install a steel expansion joint (compensator) behind the straight pipe section after the flow meter. The expansion joint must meet the nominal diameter and nominal pressure requirements of the pipeline design. The expansion joint serves to compensate for pipeline stress and facilitate the installation and removal of the flow meter.

6. If vertical installation is required, it must be specified at the time of ordering, and the product will be configured accordingly. During installation and use, the direction of gas flow should be from top to bottom.
