TA2 Titanium Rod Technical Requirements:

1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy rods shall comply with GB/T 3620.1. When re-inspection is required, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with GB/T 3620.2.

2. The diameter or side length of hot-worked rods and their allowable deviations shall comply with the relevant regulations.

3. The diameter tolerance of hot-worked and then turned (polished) rods, as well as cold-rolled and cold-drawn rods, shall comply with industry regulations.

4. The out-of-roundness of hot-worked and then turned (polished) rods shall not exceed half of their dimensional tolerance.
