Epoxy Crack Injection Grout Material Characteristics

This material is a two-component modified epoxy resin with low viscosity and strong permeability, capable of penetrating fine cracks as narrow as 0.1mm. After curing, it achieves a bond strength with concrete of ≥3.5MPa and a tensile strength of ≥25MPa, restoring structural integrity. It is resistant to water pressure, acid and alkali corrosion, maintains excellent bonding performance even in a saturated surface-dry state, and has an elastic modulus that matches concrete, allowing it to adapt to dam deformation.

Application Scenarios in Hydraulic Dams

Suitable for anti-seepage reinforcement of vertical cracks in dam galleries,網(wǎng)狀 cracks on overflow surfaces, and stress cracks in gate piers. Particularly effective for cracks in perennial submerged areas, it effectively seals water leakage channels and restores dam compactness. It can be used for deep reinforcement of cracks on the water-facing side, forming a permanent waterproof sealing layer.
