Aluminate inorganic anti-corrosion mortar is a special blend of polymer emulsion, special cementitious materials, and aggregates through a unique process. This mortar exhibits excellent properties such as adhesion, crack resistance, freeze resistance, impermeability, corrosion resistance, chloride ion penetration resistance, wear resistance, and aging resistance. It is suitable for anti-seepage, anti-corrosion surfacing, and repair projects in steel structures and reinforced concrete structures across various sectors including water conservancy, port engineering, highways, bridges, metallurgy, chemical industry, and industrial and civil buildings.

V. Construction Process

1. Substrate Requirements and Treatment: The substrate surface should be flat, rough, clean, free of oil and loose dust; before construction, rinse with high-pressure water and keep damp, but without standing water. Apply YJ-302 interface treatment agent in advance for bonding.

2. Material Preparation: Pour 90% of the actual water into the powder and mix evenly, then gradually add the remaining 10% water and stir until no lumps remain. The prepared slurry should be used within 0.5 to 1 hour.

3. Construction: Apply a uniform coat of YJ-302 interface agent (Part A: Part B = 3:1) on the damp concrete substrate. Avoid large continuous areas; work in strips or sections with staggered timing, each section not exceeding 10 square meters, with intervals of at least 24 hours between sections. For layered construction, stagger the joint positions.

4. After applying the aluminate inorganic anti-corrosion mortar, immediately trowel and level it in one pass, avoiding repeated troweling (prick any bubbles and press firmly, ensuring the surface is compact). For vertical or overhead surfaces with a thickness over 10 mm, apply in layers, each layer 5–10 mm thick, proceeding to the next layer only when the previous one is touch-dry.

5. Curing: After construction, when the surface is touch-dry, perform spray curing or cover with straw mats, burlap sacks, etc., to maintain moisture. Curing temperature should not be below 5°C. After 24 hours, cover with plastic sheeting for moist curing for 7 days. If possible, sprinkle water on the surface periodically.
