Semi-flexible pavement is a new type of pavement composed of asphalt mixture with high interconnected voids and cement-based grouting material, featuring high rutting resistance, high wear resistance, high shear resistance, high water stability, and driving comfort.

The specialized grouting material for semi-flexible pavement is a single-component special engineering material made from high-quality specialized cement, special redispersible polymer powder, active powder, high-efficiency water reducer, setting regulator, defoamer, and supplemented by various polymer modifiers. After mixing with water, it is filled into the large-void asphalt mixture of semi-flexible pavement, exhibiting excellent properties such as high injectability, low shrinkage, high strength and rapid hardening, wear resistance, and crack resistance. I. Product Features

■ Strong Permeability: High injectability, strong permeability, no vibration required; uniform color, durable, and no color difference compared to ordinary asphalt pavement;

■ High Rutting Resistance: Dynamic stability up to 60,000 times/mm, which is 20 times that of SMA pavement;

■ High Strength and Rapid Hardening: Early strength, low water consumption, no shrinkage, no cracking;

■ Wear and Crack Resistance: Resistant to erosion from chloride ions in snow-melting agents. III. Scope of Application

Semi-flexible rut-resistant pavement features high rutting resistance, as well as skid resistance, aesthetics, and driving comfort.
