304 Concrete Surface Hardener thoroughly penetrates and its active ingredients rapidly react with free calcium in the concrete, increasing structural density. This forms a rock-solid entity on the concrete surface, significantly enhancing the strength and wear resistance of the concrete structure. As a result, the surface becomes permanently sealed,堅固 (strong),耐磨 (wear-resistant),不起塵 (dust-free), and resistant to water and most industrial chemicals.

It undergoes curing and will not wear away like surface coatings over time. By permanently sealing the pores, this product makes the concrete increasingly harder and improves its performance over time.

I. Application Scope

1. Reinforcement of various dusty and sandy cement floors and walls;

2. Application on new concrete and cement floors to extend their service life;

3. Application on new and old concrete floors, walls, and columns to increase strength, with rebound values generally improving by 10–15%.

II. Construction Process

1. Before formal use, it is recommended to conduct a small-area test on-site to confirm the effect and dosage before large-scale application. (Please stir evenly before application.)

2. On cleaned concrete surfaces, spray or roll the Concrete Hardener. Generally, one coat is sufficient; a second coat depends on the effect of the first, applied between 2–12 hours after the first coat. Maintain a saturated wet state for 10–20 minutes to allow more active ingredients to penetrate the concrete.

After treatment, effects are noticeable within 1–3 days, with basic results achieved in 5–7 days.
