Groundwater contains harmful impurities such as sulfates, magnesium, and chloride ions, which interact to primarily form three types of erosion on mortar and concrete: E-salt erosion forming ettringite, G-salt erosion forming gypsum dihydrate, and M-salt erosion where Mg2+ decomposes cement hydration products. The use of concrete anti-corrosion agents can improve construction efficiency, prevent and reduce the hazards of corrosion, and is widely applicable in adverse geological areas and marine environments such as saline soil regions, salt lakes, coastal salt pans, port areas, and seawater intrusion zones across the country.
