High-toughness epoxy repair adhesive is composed of Component A (flexible epoxy resin), Component B (flexible epoxy curing agent), and Component C (special aggregate). Depending on the proportion of Component C, it can be classified into high-toughness epoxy concrete, high-toughness epoxy mortar, and high-toughness epoxy grout. Its main features include:
● Impact resistance toughness, which is 300 times that of ordinary cement mortar;
● Resistance to permeability, freezing, salt, alkali, and weak acid corrosion, with strong adhesion to various civil engineering materials;
● Thermal expansion coefficient close to that of concrete, making it less likely to detach from bonded substrates, with good durability. Tensile strength and bond strength are higher than the strength of concrete itself;
● Wide mix ratio flexibility at construction sites, allowing for the preparation of flexible epoxy adhesive, flexible epoxy mortar, flexible epoxy self-leveling mortar, flexible epoxy concrete, etc., based on actual project needs;
● Fast curing speed, enabling construction under dynamic loads, making it particularly suitable for the rapid repair of bridge expansion joint protection belts and road surface potholes.
Application Scope:
Primarily suitable for the rapid repair of bridge expansion joint protection belts, surface defect repair and local defect repair of cement concrete pavements, and also applicable for the preparation of high-toughness epoxy concrete (mortar) in special impact-resistant scenarios.Product Performance:
