III. Main Characteristics

◆ Room temperature construction

Through improved production processes and the use of additives, the epoxy resin is modified to significantly reduce its viscosity, presenting as a fluid liquid at room temperature. It can be used without heating, applied at room temperature, and cures under ambient conditions.

◆ Non-stick to tools, convenient and fast construction

The use of unique nano-level thixotropic materials effectively reduces the mortar's stickiness, preventing adhesion to construction tools. It exhibits excellent thixotropy, with no sagging during vertical application, resulting in smooth and neat construction surfaces and easy quality assurance.

◆ Non-toxic and pollution-free

Toxicity tests conducted according to indoor decoration material testing methods show that the main toxic components of Sidecon? epoxy mortar are far below the qualified indicators specified by national standards.

◆ Good flexibility

The proportion of flexible molecular chains in the modified epoxy resin is increased, enhancing the flexibility of the cured structure. In particular, the new reactive toughening agent has reactive groups at both ends of its molecules, which participate in the curing reaction to form a three-dimensional island-like structure, significantly improving the flexibility and impact resistance of the cured system.
