Oil-resistant concrete mortar is made from special fine powder cement, mineral powder, and imported dense sealing agents. It is produced through a special formulation and mixing process. This cement mortar does not react chemically with vegetable oils, animal oils, or mineral oils, and effectively resists the penetration of various oils into the ground base layer. It features excellent oil resistance, wear resistance, fire resistance, and strong bonding properties.

◆ On-site mixing time should be more than 3 minutes, and the water-cement ratio must be strictly controlled. Thorough mixing is an important factor in enhancing the performance grade of oil-resistant cement mortar.

◆ It is recommended to mix and use locally. For long-distance transportation, prevent mortar stratification and segregation. During construction, ensure full vibration to achieve maximum density, then level and polish the surface.

◆ Oil-resistant mortar must be well-maintained. In winter, take insulation measures; in summer, ensure moisture retention. The curing period should be no less than 14 days, and the finished surface must not dehydrate.

In areas with heavy oil stains, applying an oil-resistant sealing agent over the oil-resistant cement mortar surface layer yields better results.
