Mechanical Aspects

"Lumirror?" exhibits strong tension under appropriate pulling force and is resistant to edge damage, making it highly suitable for electrical insulation. Its mechanical properties and other characteristics are well integrated in transverse layering within machinery.

Electrical Aspects

In addition to the evident insulating properties of polyester film, "Lumirror?" also possesses strong non-conductivity, maintaining significant insulation effectiveness at 8000 Volt/mil (20°C, 68°F, 60Hz, ASTM D-149-64).

Cold and Heat Resistance

The melting point of "Lumirror?" is 262-263°C (504-506°F), with an applicable temperature range from -70°C to 150°C (-95°F to 302°F). It can withstand temperatures up to 180°C (355°F) for short periods. It contains no plasticizers (which can cause other films to become brittle), thus offering long-term insulation capability and strong climate adaptability.

Dimensional Stability

"Lumirror?" has relatively low water absorption, resulting in excellent dimensional stability.

Chemical Resistance

"Lumirror?" is unaffected by various types of oils and most chemicals, making it resistant to waste emissions from motors and other vehicles. However, due to its inherent physical properties, its resistance to alkalis or hydrolysis is not strong at high temperatures.

Standard Grades: T11, T60, T70, H10, S10, S15, S105, X53, XY53.

Heat-Resistant Grade: X10S.

White Light-Blocking Grades: E20, E22, E28G, E315.

Milky White Grades: X20, X21, X24.

Black Grades: X30, X36.

Composite Matte Grades: X42, X44.

White Grades for Display Reflectors: E6SR, E6DY, E6D6.

High Transparency (Optically Clear) Grades: U34, U40, U48, UH13.
