Principle

- It operates based on the multi-effect evaporation principle. Feed water is sequentially heated and evaporated in multiple series-connected evaporation tubes (tubular bundles). The steam generated in the previous effect serves as the heating source for the next effect, allowing for efficient utilization of thermal energy and achieving energy-saving purposes. The steam condensed after each stage of evaporation forms distilled water.

Structural Features

- Tubular evaporator: This is the core component, consisting of multiple tubular bundles. Feed water flows inside the tubes, while heating steam circulates outside the tubes. This structure provides a large heating surface area and high heat exchange efficiency.
- Multiple effects in series: Typically, there are three-effect, four-effect, or even more effects.
