The Fully Automatic Gas Adsorption Constant Determination Instrument (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is primarily used to determine the adsorption constants (a, b values) of coal for gas during the measurement of coal mine gas content. Based on these values, the gas content per ton of coal seam can be calculated using the actual gas pressure measured underground.

2. Performance Characteristics

The device is designed with an integrated concept, incorporating the main systems of vacuum degassing and high-pressure adsorption internally. This replaces the traditional decentralized operation mode, improving testing efficiency and accuracy;

The device features a high level of intelligent operation, with automated and intelligent experimental processes integrated into the system control software. It is easy to operate, provides scientifically accurate data, and reduces human error;

The entire determination process is automatically controlled without manual intervention; the constant temperature water bath automatically drains water and includes a water level indication function;

Data charts are collected under computer control, and customized experimental reports and charts can be printed;

The high-pressure adsorption process is controlled by solenoid valves, automatically adjusting different pressure points and capturing real-time data;

The data analysis software features a user-friendly interface, is simple to operate, automatically outputs data results, and automatically fits the isothermal adsorption curve.
