The Fully Automatic Gas Adsorption Constant Determination Instrument (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is primarily used to determine the adsorption constants (a, b values) of coal for gas during the measurement of coal mine gas content. Based on the actual gas pressure measured underground, it can then calculate the gas content per ton of coal seam.

2. Performance Features

The device is designed with an integrated concept, incorporating the main systems of vacuum degassing and high-pressure adsorption internally. This replaces the traditional decentralized operation mode, improving testing efficiency and accuracy;

The device features a high degree of intelligent operation, with automated and intelligent experimental processes programmed into the system control software. It is easy to operate, provides scientifically accurate data, and reduces human error;

The entire measurement process is automatically controlled without the need for manual operation; the constant temperature water bath automatically drains water and includes a water level indication function;

Data charts are collected under computer control, and experimental reports and charts can be customized and printed;

The high-pressure adsorption process is controlled by solenoid valves, automatically adjusting different pressure points and capturing real-time data;

The data analysis software features a user-friendly interface, is simple to operate, automatically outputs data results, and automatically fits the adsorption isotherm curve.
