Airtightness inspection is one of the primary methods for checking self-rescuers. Current self-rescuer airtightness testers rely on manual pressurization, which places a heavy workload on inspectors, results in low efficiency, and due to manual pressure control, it is difficult to ensure inspection reliability. Additionally, because rubber is used for pressurization, the casing is bulky, with a weight exceeding 30kg. Our newly introduced automatic pressurization airtightness tester achieves digital pressure value setting. It automatically stops when the set pressure value is reached and displays the countdown to the required test time, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The total weight is no more than 25kg.

This instrument features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, intuitive digital display, high precision, minimal error, sturdiness, reliability, compact structure, and ease of use. It offers excellent stability and a long calibration cycle. Generally, no adjustments are needed after calibration, as its stability remains within the error margin.

Main Applications and Scope of Use

The tester can be used for inspecting the airtightness of filtering-type, chemical oxygen, and compressed oxygen self-rescuers.

Principle and Structure

The pressurization pump applies pressure, transmitting compressed gas to the air chamber. The sensor in the air chamber sends signals to the digital pressure display. When the air chamber pressure reaches the set value on the pressure gauge, the pressurization pump stops, allowing inspection of the product under test. The instrument mainly consists of a casing, air chamber, pressure regulator, pressurization pump body, sealing device, etc.
