Product Introduction

      The Gas Emission Initial Velocity Tester (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is a fully automated experimental device primarily used for predicting the risk of coal and gas outbursts, focusing on the key indicator—the initial velocity of gas emission ΔP. It is designed to study the gas emission characteristics of coal and continuously measure the initial gas emission velocity within 0-60 seconds after adsorbing high-concentration methane under one atmospheric pressure.

      The core components of the Gas Emission Initial Velocity Tester utilize imported sensors, fully enabling computer detection and control. The entire testing process can be completed simply by pressing corresponding keys as prompted by the computer interface, eliminating human-induced errors in experimental results. The test results are printed in the form of curve reports.

      Designed in accordance with the AQ1080-2009 standard "Method for Determination of Initial Velocity of Gas Emission (ΔP) from Coal," the experimental process is fully intelligent and automated. Data results are intelligently calculated, making operation simple and improving work efficiency.
