Fly Ash Chelating Agent is an environmentally friendly chemical specifically designed for the stabilization treatment of fly ash from waste incineration. This product is developed based on the composition and morphological characteristics of fly ash, as well as the presence of heavy metals within it. It is tailored to the characteristics of domestic waste incineration processes, addressing the current situation where incomplete waste sorting and complex compositions result in high heavy metal content in fly ash. The product can be used in conjunction with fly ash mixing and stabilization process systems, ensuring that the treated fly ash meets the landfill requirements of the "Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste" (GB16889-2008).

Features of Fly Ash Chelating Agent: Wide range of metal precipitation and chelation, especially for difficult-to-treat heavy metals such as lead; good water solubility and dispersibility, high chemical utilization, and stable performance distribution in fly ash treatment; can be appropriately adjusted according to specific waste incineration processes and heavy metal content; can be combined with small amounts of inorganic materials like cement to further enhance stability and strength; the treated fly ash is stable and reliable, meeting sanitary landfill standards.

III. Usage Method

Fly Ash Chelating Agent is available in both solid and liquid forms for practical use.

1. Based on the mass of fly ash to be treated each time, weigh approximately 25%-30% water.

2. Add the Fly Ash Stabilizing Chelating Agent as required by the process.

3. Recommended dosage to meet sanitary landfill standards:

a. For processes without cement addition: Powder dosage is 1%-2% of the fly ash mass, liquid chemical dosage is approximately 2%-4% of the fly ash mass.

b. For processes with cement addition: The chemical dosage can be increased accordingly.

4. Environmentally recommended dosage to meet hazardous waste landfill standards: The chemical dosage can be appropriately reduced by about 50% based on item 3a.

5. For the stabilization treatment system, equipment, and control processes of fly ash, consult the technical personnel of the relevant equipment company.

IV. Packaging and Storage

Fly Ash Chelating Agent is available in solid and liquid forms. Solid: 25 kg/bag; Liquid: 25 kg/drum or as per customer requirements. Shelf life: ten months.
