ZX-611-1 Enhanced Stainless Steel Pickling and Passivation Paste

Main Uses:

1. Primarily suitable for removing rust, oxide scale, and post-welding yellow, blue, and black weld marks from the surfaces of various types of austenitic stainless steel parts, plates, and equipment;

2. Required for applications where the surface needs to be cleaned to a silver-white finish, passivated, and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel needs to be improved.

Scope of Application:

1. Suitable for stainless steel products manufacturers, such as chemical equipment, printing and dyeing equipment, petrochemical equipment, and beer equipment made of 304, 316, 316L, 321, and other grades of stainless steel.

2. Also applicable to 200 series stainless steel, while controlling the appropriate pickling time to achieve a uniform surface decorative effect.

Usage Method:

Apply an appropriate amount of pickling and passivation paste to the surface of the stainless steel to be treated, at a thickness of 1-2 mm. Allow it to sit for 5-30 minutes or longer (depending on the contamination, material, and treatment requirements). During the process, scrub several times with a brush. Once the oxide scale and rust are completely removed, rinse thoroughly with water (preferably lime water or alkaline water) to avoid re-rusting. For first-time users or those without experience, always test on a small area first to ensure satisfaction before large-scale use!

Precautions:

1. This product is acidic; avoid splashing onto the body during application. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of running water;

2. It is recommended to wear protective goggles, rubber gloves, and other protective equipment during operation;

3. Store in a cool place, separated from other items;
