ZX-219 Room Temperature Four-in-One Phosphating Solution
I. Product Introduction:
1. This product is a multi-functional metal treatment agent at room temperature, featuring a unique formula composed of organic acids and various phosphating accelerators, catalysts, corrosion inhibitors, and other additives. It perfectly accomplishes the processes of degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and passivation. It represents a technological breakthrough over traditional phosphating products.

II. Application Scope:
This product is suitable for priming large workpieces, steel frames, bridges, pipelines, doors and windows, vehicles, ships, etc., where traditional phosphating is inconvenient to operate before coating.

III. Technical Performance:
1. Appearance: Light green liquid, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, with no strong irritating odor.
2. Corrosion Resistance: The film layer, tested according to GB/T12612-90 standard, shows no blistering, peeling, or rusting.
3. Easy application, no special equipment required; can be wiped, immersed, brushed, or sprayed.
4. Large coverage area, low cost; each kilogram can cover 20-30 square meters by wiping, immersion, or spraying.
IV. Usage Methods and Precautions:
1. This phosphating solution is ready to use and requires no adjustments. When brushing, apply more on heavily rusted parts, less on lightly rusted areas, and lightly pass over rust-free sections.
2. Before immersion or brushing, remove surface mud, old paint, welding slag, dust, obvious oil stains (heavy oil stains), and loose rust (loose scale) from the workpiece. Keep the brushing surface dry; if the surface is wet, wipe it with a coarse cloth first.
3. The coating should be thin rather than thick; otherwise, white ash may form. If applied too thickly, wipe off the excess with a soft cloth within half an hour. If localized whitening occurs on the steel component surface after brushing, remove the white ash with a coarse cloth or sandpaper and reapply a coat.
4. Avoid working in steamy or excessively humid environments; do not work outdoors during rain.
5. The film surface dries in 2 hours and fully cures in 24 hours; topcoat should be applied after 24 hours.
6. This product does not contain heavy metals such as cadmium, lead, or hexavalent chromium.
7. It has a certain acidity; wear rubber gloves during operation.
