I. Performance and Uses

ZX-815 is phosphorus-free, making it ideal for regions with strict phosphorus discharge requirements in wastewater, significantly reducing sewage treatment costs. As it contains no phosphorus, it minimizes microbial growth in circulating water systems, reducing the need for biocides and slime stripping agents.

II. Technical Specifications

Formulated with various active agents, acid salts, organic acids, penetrants, and other components, it quickly dissolves and removes scale, rust, and other deposits from heat exchange equipment, boilers, and pipelines. Suitable for descaling and derusting in various water systems. Despite its strong acidity, it is safe for materials in all types of circulating water system equipment, with minimal corrosion when soaked for up to 72 hours at standard ratios. After cleaning, it effectively enhances the cooling efficiency of equipment.

Application Scope:

Various condensers, exchangers, compressors, vacuum pumps, digesters, air coolers, chemical scrubbers, filters, or other water-cooled, water-heated, and water-operated equipment are prone to scale formation.

Usage Method:

For boiler or system cleaning, add this product to the preparation tank, mix thoroughly, and pump it into the boiler and system. It can be circulated or soaked at room temperature or heated to 55°C for 12-24 hours. After descaling, discharge the waste liquid and rinse the container with clean water until the effluent runs clear. Then, add a passivator to passivate the boiler metal for 8 hours. Discharge the passivation waste liquid, rinse thoroughly, fill with water, and it is ready for use.
