System Overview:
IGBTs are widely used in modern medium and high-power converters. Their switching characteristics determine the switching losses, power density, device stress, and electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment, directly affecting the performance of the converter. Therefore, accurately measuring the switching performance of power switching components is of great practical significance.
This system is a fully automated test system designed for the switching characteristics of IGBT devices and the reverse recovery characteristics of internal freewheeling diodes. It is suitable for testing the characteristic parameters of IGBT devices with a current less than 4500A, a collector voltage less than 6000V, and a freewheeling diode forward current less than 4500A.
System Units:
Turn-on Time Test Unit | The test units of this system generate current waveforms based on the principle of capacitor charging and discharging. During testing, the test voltage is set according to different test conditions, and the required current value is output by adjusting different inductance values or selecting different test pulse widths. The voltage and current waveforms are simultaneously captured by an oscilloscope, which communicates directly with the industrial computer to transmit the collected data to the computer. After processing, the test data is displayed in tabular form and can be edited and printed. |
