Main Features

Anhui Zhonghang Nano produces nano lanthanum hydroxide using special processes and nano-membrane purification technology. The product offers advantages such as high whiteness, pure crystal phase, low magnetic metal impurities (≤50ppb), low moisture content, and stable chemical properties. Nano lanthanum hydroxide has a large specific surface area and a unique electronic structure, enabling it to form lanthanum complexes with other elements, thereby reacting more thoroughly with reactants and significantly enhancing its catalytic activity. When exposed to external light, the energy band structure of La(OH)? semiconductor particles allows them to absorb photon energy hv. When this energy is greater than or equal to the bandgap, valence electrons in the La(OH)? semiconductor are excited and transition from the valence band to the conduction band, forming electron-hole pairs within La(OH)?. Under an electric field, these photogenerated electrons and holes separate via diffusion and migrate to different positions on the La(OH)? particles. These excited-state electrons and holes can undergo redox reactions with electron donors and acceptors adsorbed on the semiconductor particle surface, thereby enabling the oxidation of organic pollutants.

Application Fields

1. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is used in piezoelectric materials to increase the piezoelectric coefficient and improve the electrical energy conversion rate of products;

2. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is used in the manufacture of precision optical glass, high-refractive-index optical fiber boards, and various alloy materials;

3. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is used to prepare catalysts for organic chemical products and catalysts for neutralizing automotive exhaust; it can effectively catalyze the thermal decomposition of absorbents, potentially increasing the burning rate of propellants, making it a promising catalyst;

4. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is applied in light-converting agricultural films, leveraging its high photoelectric conversion efficiency to effectively utilize weak light sources and reduce energy loss;

5. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is used in electroforming electrode materials; adding 1%-2% nano lanthanum hydroxide can significantly enhance the anti-electroerosion capability of electrode materials and reduce electrode wear;

6. Nano lanthanum hydroxide is used in luminescent materials (blue powder), hydrogen storage materials, and laser materials.

Packaging and Storage

This product is packaged in heat-sealed aluminized bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. Prolonged exposure to air should be avoided to prevent moisture absorption, agglomeration, and compromised dispersion performance and effectiveness.
