Nano vanadium nitride (VN) is prepared by the aerosol ablation method, featuring uniform particle size distribution and large-scale production. It can be widely applied in cemented carbide, offering high surface activity and excellent dispersion within alloy materials to achieve dispersion strengthening. Vanadium nitride, also known as vanadium nitrogen alloy, is a new type of alloy additive that can replace ferrovanadium in the production of microalloyed steel. Adding vanadium nitride to steel enhances comprehensive mechanical properties such as strength, toughness, ductility, and thermal fatigue resistance, while also providing good weldability. To achieve the same strength, the addition of nano vanadium nitride saves 30-40% of vanadium input, thereby reducing costs.

Product Applications
1. Vanadium nitrogen alloy can be used in structural steel, tool steel, pipeline steel, rebar, and cast iron. When applied in high-strength low-alloy steel, it enables effective vanadium and nitrogen microalloying simultaneously, promoting the precipitation of carbon, vanadium, and nitrogen compounds in the steel, thereby enhancing precipitation strengthening and grain refinement more effectively.
2. Nano vanadium nitride (VN) exhibits high thermal and chemical stability as well as strong mechanical properties, making it widely used in cutting tools, molds, and structural materials. It also serves as an excellent catalyst with high catalytic activity, high selectivity, good stability, and resistance to poisoning. Fine-grained VN can effectively enhance catalytic activity and improve the toughness of structural materials.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidation and agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
