Silicon nitride (Si?N?) nanoparticles are prepared via aerosol ablation method, featuring high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, low bulk density, ultraviolet reflectivity above 95%, and infrared waveband absorption rate exceeding 97%. The resulting components exhibit low sintering temperature, excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, and superior chemical corrosion resistance—particularly outstanding high-temperature strength with self-lubricating effects. When dispersed as fine phases in composite materials, they significantly enhance overall performance. The product itself possesses self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for application in lubricants. With high hardness and low sliding friction coefficient, silicon nitride can be used in ceramic wear-resistant composite plating on metal surfaces. Its incorporation into coatings provides wear resistance and solvent resistance. High-purity silicon nitride serves as a release agent for quartz crucibles.

1. 2. Surface treatment of metals and other materials: coatings for molds, cutting tools, turbine blades, turbine rotors, cylinder liners, and other alloys;

3. Composite materials: metal, ceramic, and graphite-based composites; rubber, plastic, coatings, adhesives, and other polymer-based composites;

4. Wear-resistant self-lubricating nanoparticle films for surface protection of mobile phones, automobiles, etc.; additives for wear-resistant coatings and electrophoretic paints to enhance high wear resistance.

Packaging & Storage

This product is packaged in inert gas-filled plastic bags and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. Avoid exposure to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidation and agglomeration, which may affect dispersibility and performance. Packaging quantities can be customized according to customer requirements, with subdivision available.
