Because it is pre-assembled into a cartridge, installation on the equipment is more convenient, faster, and ensures sealing.
Easy Installation: After inspection and pressure testing, it is mounted on the shaft in the seal chamber, fixed with set screws, the gland bolts are tightened, and the cartridge positioning plate is removed. The mechanical seal is then ready to operate in parallel and can be put into operation. This not only simplifies assembly but also maintains assembly quality.
