I. Mechanism of Action
This product is a highly positively charged, small cationic polymer with high charge density, representing a unique class of strongly cationic organic polymers. It exhibits strong reverse demulsification capabilities and performs effectively in the treatment of oily water. With strong oil displacement and adsorption capacities, it delivers unique results in demulsifying high-salinity polymer-flooding oily water in oilfields. It can be used as a reverse demulsification oil removal and water clarification agent for challenging oily wastewater treatment in oilfields and refineries.
II. Advantages:
1. Rapid demulsification, dehydration, oil-water separation, and water purification, significantly improving oil removal efficiency in polymer-flooding wastewater.
2. This product has no surface activity, eliminating concerns of overuse or excessive emulsification.

5. No special temperature requirements for demulsification, making it suitable for produced liquids and wastewater demulsification in cold regions.
6. After oil removal with this product, it synergizes well with subsequent aluminum and iron salt flocculants, facilitating easier water treatment. The oil content is far below national standards, allowing the water to be reused for polymer preparation and reinjection.
7. Treated flocs are significantly reduced, minimizing subsequent sludge treatment.

8. During demulsification, it completely removes the viscosity of oil gums, almost without adhering to wastewater treatment equipment, greatly improving the efficiency of oil removal vessels at all levels and more than doubling oil removal efficiency.

III. Application Scope:
Effectively breaks oil-in-water emulsions and shortens oil-water separation time. Miscible with water and effective across a wide pH range. Widely used for oily wastewater treatment in polymer-flooding wastewater in oilfields, olefin plants, refineries, steel mills, and power plants.

V. Usage and Dosage:
A. Usage for Oil Removal in Polymer-Flooding Wastewater in Oilfields:

Add before oil removal in polymer-flooding wastewater. Dosage: 0.1-1 kg per ton of polymer-containing wastewater. Mix thoroughly, then proceed through subsequent oil removal tanks or oil removal air flotation, followed by inorganic salt flocculation purification and filtration. The treated water can meet standards or be reinjected.
B. Usage for High-Oil-Content Wastewater:
1. Add 0.1-2 kg of this product per ton of high-oil-content wastewater and mix thoroughly.
2. Adjust the system pH to 8-10 (using alkali solution) and mix thoroughly.
3. Add 2-5 kg of polyacrylamide aqueous solution (concentration 5‰) as a flotation coagulant aid and mix thoroughly.
4. Allow to stand for oil-water separation.
VI. Storage and Packaging:
Store at room temperature with a shelf life of one year. Packaged in 200 kg and 1000 kg plastic drums.
