I. Overview
The DSN3 series indoor electromagnetic lock is an electrically controlled mechanical interlocking device designed to prevent electrical misoperation in high-voltage switchgear equipment. This product is widely used for interlocking cabinet (mesh) doors, disconnecting switches, and other areas requiring safety interlocks to prevent accidental entry into live compartments and misoperations. It is an essential locking device for power plants and power supply departments.
This product adopts an integrated structural design, which is more rational than the DSN2 electromagnetic lock, with a simpler structure, more compact layout, reduced lock body size, comprehensive power capabilities, good versatility, and easy operation.
A significant advantage of this product is its compatibility with both AC and DC at the same voltage level, making it more convenient for users to order and use. Installation is simple and can be completed by inserting the entire unit without disassembling the panel.
This product complies with the requirements of JB/T7827-95 "General Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Locks for High-Voltage Switchgear Equipment" and has passed the joint appraisal of the former National Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power and the Ministry of Machinery.
II. Main Specifications and Applications
1) DSN3-BMY(Z) and DSN3-MY(Z) indoor cabinet (mesh) door electromagnetic locks are mainly used for indoor switchgear cabinet doors and mesh doors (Features: can be opened when there is a working power supply, cannot be opened when there is no working power supply; must be used in combination with a live display device or auxiliary switch, primarily for externally supplied secondary working power).
2) DSN3-FBMY(Z) indoor cabinet (mesh) door reverse electromagnetic locks are mainly used for indoor switchgear cabinet doors and mesh doors (Features: cannot be opened when there is a working power supply, can be opened when there is no working power supply; do not require combination with a live display device or auxiliary switch, primarily for self-supplied secondary working power within the cabinet).
3) DSN3-DZ(Y) indoor disconnecting switch electromagnetic locks are mainly used for disconnecting switch control.
