[Performance and Features]

1. Suitable for waterproof and oil-repellent finishing of various fabrics with excellent performance.
2. The actual emulsion content contains no fillers, with higher stability than similar products, avoiding issues like roller sticking, and offering high cost-effectiveness.
3. Fabrics maintain good breathability after treatment.
4. Treatment of colored fabrics does not reduce color fastness or brightness.

[Usage Method]

1. Fabric treatment:
Before waterproof and oil-repellent finishing, remove residual oils, alkalis, softeners, anionic surfactants, etc., from previous processes as much as possible.
2. Preparation of working solution:

Polyester	If results are unsatisfactory, adjust pH with acetic acid based on fabric type to improve waterproofing.	10-20	To enhance durability after treatment, add appropriate cross-linking agents and catalysts.

Note: Cross-linking agent etherified methylol melamine is generally used at 10-20 g/L, catalyst at 2-3 g/L.
3. Processing technology
One dip and one nip, curing temperature and time according to the dyeing factory's requirements for different fabrics.
