Product Characteristics

Application Scope
1. Used in high-voltage cable accessories (power cable joints and switch accessories above 10kv) and electrical insulators to prevent corona discharge and eliminate arcing, providing insulation, sealing, lubrication, and moisture resistance.
2. Suitable for insulation, sealing, moisture resistance, and corrosion prevention in high-voltage generators, high-voltage electrical connectors, battery terminals, and the serrated ports of piercing clamps. Also acts as a lubricant for assembling various metal/plastic and metal/rubber interfaces.
3. Applicable for insulating and sealing products such as ignition coils, automotive battery cables, connecting cables, spark plugs, and distributor caps. Used for lubrication, sealing, and insulation of components in harsh environments like high temperature, high pressure, water exposure, or chemical corrosion. Also suitable for lubrication, sealing, insulation, and protection of precision instruments, meters, and optical instruments.
4. Ideal for vacuum sealing of various valves, hydraulic pistons, and hydraulic plugs, as well as sealing, rust prevention, and waterproofing of metal pipelines.

Instructions for Use
Clean the surface of the object to be bonded, ensuring it is free of obvious dust, oil stains, etc. Apply the silicone grease to the desired area.
