Structure and Components
The hand-operated hoist consists of components such as a support frame, gear set, nut, screw rod, and hand crank. It utilizes a worm gear speed reduction mechanism to achieve directional speed change and lightweight operation. The device is equipped with an anti-theft lock and a dual limit protection system, allowing self-locking at any gate position to ensure operational safety.
Installation Requirements
Foundation Surface Requirements: The installation location must be level ≥180°, with the contact area between the base and the foundation surface reaching over 90%.
Screw Rod Positioning: The axis of the screw rod must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the gate platform, with deviations in the longitudinal and transverse centerlines not exceeding ±3mm.
Safety Fixation: The concrete for the machine base and foundation components must be poured according to the drawings, and trial operation is not allowed until the strength meets design requirements.
Scope of Application
Suitable for gates weighing between 3 to 60 tons, supporting both manual and electric operation modes. It is ideal for use in plains, mountainous areas, and other environments without electricity supply, and is typically paired with cast iron gates. The device features fast directional speed change, lightweight cranking, and flexible opening and closing.
