Structure and Material
Manufactured from HT250 gray cast iron or ductile iron, compliant with CJ/T3006-92 and DL/T5018-2004 standards. The main structure is categorized as integral or assembled types; small and medium-sized gates can be segmented for on-site assembly. The gate frame employs a lattice-section design to optimize pressure-bearing performance, with cast iron borders around the gate leaf and transverse stiffeners to enhance rigidity.
Sealing and Watertightness
Equipped with inclined iron or copper alloy facings, utilizing wedge mechanisms and water pressure to achieve bidirectional sealing. Water leakage can be controlled within 0.03-0.07 L/m·s. The wear-resistant sealing rubber ensures long-term performance; normal operation can be maintained by replacing sealing components after prolonged use.
Specifications and Applications
Size range spans from 0.2×0.2 to 6.5×6.5 meters; double lifting points are adopted for outlets ≥3 meters. Suitable for forward pressure sealing, reverse sealing gates can be customized as needed. Installation requires hoisting the entire gate into the slot, with secondary concrete pouring to adjust sealing surface clearance to within 0.1mm.
Performance and Maintenance
High corrosion resistance (pH=6-8 environments), easy operation, and low maintenance costs. Regular lubrication and anti-corrosion treatments are necessary; mortar residue should be avoided to prevent hindrance to opening and closing.
