Structural Composition
Mainly consists of two parts: the hydraulic system and the hydraulic cylinder:
Hydraulic System: Composed of hydraulic pumps (such as vane pumps, plunger pumps), control valve groups (directional valves, relief valves, etc.), oil tanks, and oil filters, responsible for energy conversion and pressure regulation.
Hydraulic Cylinder: Divided into single-acting and double-acting types, it drives the gate to open or close through the linear motion of the piston rod, with a maximum gate opening force of up to 6000 kN.
Working Principle
Energy Conversion: The motor drives the hydraulic pump to convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through pipelines.
Linear Motion: The pressure oil pushes the piston rod to extend or retract, driving the gate to perform linear motion (opening or closing).
Synchronous Control: Automatically adjusts synchronization deviation (≤10 mm) through dual-lift point models to ensure the precision of gate operation.

High Reliability: Dual-pump backup design enhances system stability, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to 80°C.
Strong Automation: Supports remote control and fault alarm, equipped with stroke detection and synchronous correction functions.
