Xiajin County Zongying Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 as a comprehensive cotton textile enterprise integrating cotton purchasing, processing, and spinning. It consists of one cotton processing plant and three textile workshops, with a current workforce of 280 employees. The company has a registered capital of 77 million yuan, total assets of 120 million yuan, a production scale of 100,000 spindles, an annual cotton yarn output of 15,000 tons, and an annual output value of 350 million yuan.
Currently, the company is equipped with world-class Murata VCF-type and tray-type fully automatic winders, complemented by Uster 3 electronic clearers, self-leveling drawing frames, and blowing-carding units paired with Uster three-waste removal machines. It has also installed a complete set of Uster quality inspection and monitoring equipment, which enhances both design and R&D capabilities while strengthening product quality.
The company's main spinning products include T/C AB, T/R AB blended yarns, as well as slub yarns. It also produces various polyester-cotton blends, plied yarns, combed siro-spun yarns, pure cotton yarns, and new fiber products such as Modal, viscose, and colored cotton. In 2012, the company was recognized as an Advanced Investment Enterprise; in 2014, it received the Advanced Technological Innovation Enterprise award; and in 2017, it was honored as an Advanced Taxpaying Industrial Enterprise. The company is a member of the Dezhou International Chamber of Commerce, an international BCI member, and a member of the China Cotton Textile Association. The company's general manager, Xu Wannian, serves as the secretary-general of the county's cotton textile industry association, and the company is a key enterprise supported by the county.
