TX740S is composed of 100 ppi open-cell polyurethane sponge, with the sponge attached to the handle using thermoplastic bonding adhesive, eliminating contamination from adhesives or coatings. It is washed and packaged in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom environment, featuring extremely low levels of microparticles and ions, as well as low non-volatile residue. It exhibits excellent compatibility with most solvents, including ketones, and has strong absorption and retention capabilities for solvents. The TX740S open-cell sponge tip provides a larger contact surface and absorption space, allowing contaminants to quickly enter the sponge pores during wiping for optimal cleaning. The thick sponge tip offers excellent liquid absorption and cushioning, while the elongated PP plastic handle allows for more flexible use, reaching into hard-to-access areas for cleaning.
