The Artificial Marine Tidal Salt Spray Environment System is a device used to replicate marine tidal conditions in laboratory settings. It simulates complex factors such as tidal fluctuations, seawater沖刷 frequency, salt spray erosion, dry-wet alternation, sea wind levels, rainfall, and ambient temperature. It can also simultaneously模擬 the combined environment of marine tides and marine salt spray.

Test Objectives

1. Simulate Real Marine Environment

Replicate tidal cycles (high tide, low tide), salt spray spraying, seawater immersion, and other conditions in the laboratory to compensate for the long duration and uncontrollability of natural testing.

2. Accelerate Material Aging

By intensifying corrosion factors (such as high salt concentration, temperature, and humidity alternation), the testing周期 is shortened, allowing for rapid assessment of concrete durability.

3. Optimize Material Design
