Application Range of Screw Press:

2. Dehydration of fermented rice bran distillers' grains, fermented cassava residue; dehydration of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, stevia, cabbage, sedge grass, celery, traditional Chinese medicine residues, chrysanthemums, etc.; as well as dehydration of wood, wheat straw, rice straw, reeds, etc.;

3. Pressing and dehydration in the environmental protection industry, such as market waste and household garbage;

Equipment Composition:

The equipment mainly consists of a frame, feeding part, pressing part, transmission part, and electrical control part. The double screw includes counter-rotating conveying screw and pressing screw; the single screw press, in addition to having a powerful feeding device and anti-reverse device, its screw is divided into three parts: feeding screw, pressing screw, and squeezing screw.

Working Principle:

    The material to be processed is evenly conveyed to the feed port of the screw press by means of a conveyor or other tools. After being squeezed by the screw blades and filtered by the screen, the water or juice flows through the screen into the water collection pan below the machine and is then discharged through pipelines. The separated solids are discharged from the rear end. Different materials require different screens (aperture 0.1-1mm), different screw speeds, and appropriate adjustments to the discharge port's moisture control device to achieve good production capacity and desired dryness of the residue (or by adjusting the discharge port's moisture control device and appropriate screw speed to achieve a good balance between dehydration effect and production capacity)------the higher the fiber content, the greater the production capacity, and the higher the dryness of the dehydrated residue; the smaller the screen aperture, the smaller the particle diameter of the processed material.

    The discharge end of this series of presses is equipped with a hydraulic or manual moisture control device.
