This integrated equipment is an all-in-one machine designed for the combined lifting, sorting, crushing, and screw-pressing dewatering of kitchen waste and market fruit and vegetable waste. The equipment consists of a trash bin lifting and tilting machine, a sorting platform, a dual-roller crusher, and a screw press. Sanitation workers can access the sorting platform via the sorting staircase to perform sorting operations. After sorting, the raw materials are more thoroughly crushed and dehydrated.
Lifting and Tilting Machine Section:
This equipment is suitable for standard 120L and 240L plastic trash bins, with a maximum lifting capacity of approximately 270 kg. The tilting angle is 45 degrees, and the lifting speed ranges from 1 to 2 times per minute depending on the height. The bin-lifting mechanism uses a chain and motor linkage system, where rotating gears drive the chain to lift and tilt the trash bin, automatically emptying waste or materials from multiple bins into the waste chamber.

Workers place the trash bin to be emptied onto the lifter, ensuring the bin-lifting mechanism engages with the front edge groove of the bin. Pressing the ascent button automatically lifts the bin to the waste inlet above. The machine then tilts automatically to empty the bin's contents into the inlet. After the bin is emptied, pressing the descent button lowers the bin to the ground. The bin can be removed once it lands steadily. This completes one full unloading cycle, transferring the materials onto the sorting platform.
The red protruding button on the control panel is an emergency stop button. In case of an emergency, press this button for immediate braking.
Sorting Operation Platform Section:
The sorting platform consists of a sorting staircase, a sorting station, and a sorting table. The sorting staircase is welded from anti-slip ribbed plates to prevent workers from slipping during operation and is equipped with guardrails. The sorting station serves as the work surface for operators. The sorting table is welded from 304 stainless steel plates. The perimeter features a trough, with a drainage surface inside that allows visible liquids to flow through filtration holes into a water collection trough beneath the table. The rear of the table has an inlet for the crusher. After materials are poured into this area, workers can complete sorting by picking out items. The filtered liquid is discharged and collected via pipes from the juice collection trough. Sorted materials can be directly pushed into the crusher inlet for crushing, finalizing the operation.
