Working Principle and Structure
This press is a screw-type press. The working process is as follows: the conveying screw pushes the material entering the feed box toward the pressing screw. Through the reduction in the pitch of the pressing screw and the increase in shaft diameter, and with the resistance from the screen wall and the conical body, the liquid content (juice) in the material is squeezed out. The squeezed liquid flows out through the screen holes and is collected in the juice collection hopper.
The pressed pomace is discharged from between the end of the screen cylinder and the conical body. A spring is installed at the rear of the conical body. By adjusting the preload force and position of the spring, the discharge resistance and the size of the pomace outlet can be changed to regulate the dryness of the press.
The feed box, screen cylinder, and screw of this machine are all made of acid and alkali-resistant 304 stainless steel material.

Equipment Composition:
This equipment mainly consists of a frame, feeding part, pressing part, transmission part, and electrical control part. The double screw includes counter-rotating conveying and pressing screws; the single screw press, in addition to having a powerful feeding device and anti-reverse device, has its screw divided into three parts: the feeding screw, pressing screw, and squeezing screw.
1. Juice extraction from various pomaces, sea buckthorn berries, crushed ginger, bamboo shoots, and other fruits and vegetables;
2. Dehydration of fermented rice bran distillers' grains, fermented cassava residue; dehydration of Gynostemma pentaphyllum, stevia, cabbage, sedge grass, celery, Chinese herbal residue, chrysanthemums, etc.; and dehydration of wood, wheat straw, rice straw, reeds, etc.;
3. Pressing and dehydration in the environmental protection industry, such as market waste and household waste. There is increasing attention to the development and utilization of new energy sources, especially biomass energy, as well as the national emphasis on the environmental protection industry in recent years. This has led to the rapid growth of these industries, making them sunrise industries. However, all these industries face a common challenge: the treatment of waste generated during energy development. These materials require timely dehydration treatment, after which they can be used as fertilizer or disposed of as waste after dehydration.
