Main uses and application scope of CFJ Coal Mine Mechanical Anemometer: CFJ Mechanical Anemometer is an instrument for measuring the average speed of wind flow. It is mainly used for measuring the average wind speed in coal mine underground, and is also suitable for wind speed measurement in other occasions such as construction, meteorology, oceanography, transportation, textiles, chemical industry, civil air defense engineering, grain processing, and aerodynamic research.
Structure and working principle of the Coal Mine Mechanical Anemometer: The structure and transmission system of the instrument, for low, medium-speed, and high-speed anemometers, refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 respectively. The instrument mainly consists of an impeller, turbine, turbine shaft, counter, indicator needle, zero-reset lever, clutch, protective shell, carrying ring, base, etc. The impeller is composed of eight blades installed at a certain angle to the vertical plane of the rotating shaft. The impeller shaft is mounted in corundum bearings within two tripods. The rotation of the impeller is transmitted through the turbine and turbine shaft to the counter, causing the pointer to rotate and indicate the impeller's rotational speed. The relationship between the impeller's rotational speed and the actual wind speed is recorded on the anemometer's calibration curve. The two levers at the top of the instrument head: the cylindrical lever with a round cap is the zero-reset lever; pressing it gently will immediately return the long and short pointers to zero. The other lever is the clutch; pushing it left or right connects or disconnects the counter from the impeller shaft.
