Operating Specifications
Pre-Sampling Preparation
1. Check the sealing of all connecting components
2. Securely connect the inlet interface to the orifice flow meter measurement nozzle
3. Properly align the outlet interface with the gas detector
Sampling Process
1. Slowly pull the rod to its maximum stroke (negative pressure sampling phase)
2. Hold still for 3 seconds to ensure gas sample stability
3. Quickly push the piston to complete gas sample transfer (positive pressure output phase)
Precautions
? Regularly inspect seal ring wear ? Avoid severe vibration and impact ? Clean the air path promptly after sampling ? Store in a dry and ventilated environment
Maintenance
Professional calibration is recommended quarterly, with full seal replacement annually.
