Coal seam gas pressure is the driving force for gas emission and outburst, as well as an indicator of the gas content in the coal seam. Accurately measuring gas pressure is of great significance for effectively and reasonably formulating gas control measures in mines and predicting the risk of coal and gas outbursts. Currently, most domestic coal mines use solid materials such as clay and cement mortar for borehole sealing and pressure measurement. This method of measuring gas pressure is generally effective when the rock formation in the sealing section is hard and dense. However, when the sealing section consists of soft sandstone or there are micro-fractures around the borehole, the solid sealing materials cannot tightly close the fractures around the borehole, leading to gas leakage, unsatisfactory sealing effects, and measured gas pressure values that are lower than the actual gas pressure in the coal seam.

Active Coal Seam Gas Pressure Tester is suitable for use as a hydraulic energy source to provide the required pressure. It uses water, emulsion, and hydraulic oil as media to conduct pressure tests on various pressure vessels, pipeline valves, and mining explosion-proof components.
Uses manual pressure as power, with a reasonable design and labor-saving operation.
Equipped with an accumulator for energy storage, and an outlet check valve with a high-pressure shut-off valve for dual pressure retention.
Compact structure, lightweight, and easy maintenance.
Adopts the "capsule expansion-mucus sealing-capsule expansion" dual sealing effect to enhance the sealing of fractures in the borehole surrounding rock, thereby improving overall quality, reducing gas leakage pathways in the borehole, and increasing the accuracy of gas pressure testing.
The device's sealing components are expandable and retractable, replacing traditional cement slurry sealing processes, enabling reuse and reducing gas pressure testing costs.
Equipped with a pressurized energy storage tank, enabling automatic pressure replenishment for the capsule sealer, improving testing continuity and sealing quality.
The borehole testing system is equipped with a three-way connector, allowing for both active pressure measurement and passive gas pressure natural recovery dual testing methods.
