ZBK380 Air Compressor Integrated Protection Device Function Analysis

      The air compressor integrated protection device utilizes big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology to deeply mine and analyze the operational data of air compressors. By learning from and predicting historical data, it provides strong support for equipment maintenance and safety management. For example, when the system detects a potential failure in a device, it can issue an early warning in advance and automatically schedule maintenance plans, thereby avoiding possible safety accidents.

Product Functions:

(1) Monitoring of motor vibration during normal equipment operation.

(2) Monitoring of the temperature of the front and rear bearings (resistance) of the motor during normal equipment operation.

(3) Optimization of the algorithm for temperature measurement data to make temperature calculations faster.

3.1. The device automatically alarms when the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature value.

3.2. Equipped with audible and visual alarm functions and remote audible and visual alarm functions. (When abnormal monitoring data is detected, it can quickly initiate protective actions, accompanied by audible and visual alarms to alert on-site personnel for timely handling.)

3.3. Can be configured with an RS485 remote data transmission interface, enabling data exchange with the host computer system cluster in the control room to monitor multiple motors.
