Motor Monitoring: Simultaneous Temperature and Vibration Monitoring for Multiple Motors

     During operation, motors undergo temperature changes and vibrations. If not monitored and addressed promptly, these factors can cause damage to the motor and even disrupt the entire production line. To address this issue, Guangzhong Technology has developed and produced the KZB-PC Motor Main Bearing Temperature and Vibration Monitoring Device. This device can simultaneously monitor the temperature and vibration of multiple motors, promptly detecting abnormalities and providing strong support for the stable operation of motors. The device utilizes advanced sensing technology and data processing techniques to monitor the temperature of the front and rear bearings as well as the horizontal and vertical vibrations in real time. Additionally, three winding temperature sensors can be added based on actual needs for more comprehensive monitoring. The use of this device not only prevents motor damage and extends the motor's service life but also improves production efficiency and economic benefits, contributing positively to the sustainable development of enterprises.

Functional Features of the Motor Monitoring Device:

(1) Motor vibration monitoring (each motor is equipped with two vibration monitoring points), using highly sensitive magnetic vibration sensors to monitor vibration levels in real time.

(2) Motor bearing temperature monitoring (each motor is equipped with two temperature monitoring points), using magnetic or patch-type temperature sensors to monitor bearing temperature in real time.

(3) The monitoring device employs an optimized temperature measurement algorithm to accurately and quickly calculate temperature rise changes.

(4) Automatic alarm activation when monitored temperature values exceed the set threshold.

(5) The monitoring device features audible and visual alarms as well as remote alarm functionality (synchronized to mobile and computer terminals).

(6) RS485 remote data interface, enabling connection to an upper computer system for cluster monitoring of temperature and vibration changes in multiple motors.

(7) Optional IoT functionality for real-time data upload and viewing on mobile devices.
